General rental Condition
Booking acceptance depends on the availability
of the apartment and on some other conditions listed here:
The minimum rental period is seven nights.
If you need to stay some extra nights or you are going to book fewer nights than seven, please contact us by the site e-mail or by phone. You will be informed about our latest offers at once.
Our rental prices include assistance service at your arrival and departure time, charges for town water, gas, electricity, household linen, final cleaning costs.
HOW TO BOOK
If you wish to reserve the apartment
you should let us know the period you are going to stay in Venice and the
number of the people coming.
Then you will be informed about the availability and the costs required.
Afterwards you will receive an e-mail about your reservation and you will be asked to pay the sum of the first night as confirmation of your booking.
The deposit has to be arranged by bank transfer to our apartment bank references:

After the payment, we will send you another e-mail giving you all the information about the meeting with a member of our staff.
You should let us know your arrival
and departure dates by e-mail or by phone at least 7 days before, informing
us about the exact time you arrive at Marco Polo airport, or at Venice railway
station, or at Piazzale Roma by car so that we can organize your meeting with
the person who will reach you at San Silvestro stop.
The means of transport: the water taxi or the waterbus are not included in staying prices.
The working hours of our “transfer assistant” go from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. The arrivals after 7 p.m. will have an extra charge of 55,00 euros.
If your arrival time changes because of a delay or different reasons please contact us as soon as possible by phoning: +39 348 2403234 +39 338 3723003. Should you forget to or if there is an over 30-minutes delay an extra charge of 45,00 euros will be applied.
The apartment is free from 2.30 p.m. of the arrival day and must be cleared by 12 p.m. of the last day of your stay.
You will be informed about the use of the apartment and its contents. You will be given a list of objects which must be treated with care.
NUMBER OF PERSONS
The description of the apartment contains the total number of persons which can be lodged at any one time. The number of guests cannot be increased. Otherwise, we reserve the faculty to decline the reservation.
RULES FOR CLIENTS
All building rules and regulations
must be observed :
Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. apartment occupiers shall not make any loud noise
Cigarettes must not be laid on the furniture
If the apartment keys are lost, you must pay the amount of 50,00 euros which includes the charge of the changed safety lock.
If you require the presence of our staff during the stay for any reasons that we will consider to be not serious, you will be charged the amount of 25.00 euros each time.
If you forget the keys inside the apartment and our assistant presence is required to open the door you will be charged the amount of 40,00 euros.
If there is a black-out due to the wrong use of some electrical appliances (i.e. hairdryer) that you cannot settle by yourself, or if damage is done to the waterworks or taps and fittings and a plumber has to be called for, you will be required to cover the total expenses.
The client is responsible for the payment of the whole amount corresponding to any faults. All breakages must be paid for.
